1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and AM Legal Research & Advisory (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Site and the services we offer. By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services & Critical Disclaimer
2.1 Nature of Services: We provide specialized legal research, strategic analysis, documentation support, and certified translation services ("Services"). Our Services are designed to support and augment the work of advocating lawyers, law firms, corporate legal departments, and individuals by providing in-depth, fact-based, and legally researched material.
2.2 NOT A LAW FIRM: AM Legal Research & Advisory is a legal support and advisory firm. It is NOT A LAW FIRM and does not engage in the practice of law. Our personnel, including the founder, do not act as advocates, pleaders, or legal representatives on behalf of any client before any court, tribunal, or authority.
2.3 NO LEGAL ADVICE: All content provided on this Site and in our reports is for informational, research, and strategic purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information provided by us without first seeking professional legal advice from a licensed advocate qualified to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
2.4 NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Your use of the Site, submission of an inquiry, or engagement of our Services DOES NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. Any information shared with us for the purpose of an engagement is treated with the utmost confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy, but it is not protected by attorney-client privilege as we are not a law firm.

The work product (e.g., research reports, analysis) delivered to a client as part of a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon full and final payment. However, our underlying methodologies, processes, and proprietary research techniques remain our intellectual property.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared with us during the course of an engagement. We are prepared to enter into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving any sensitive case materials to provide a contractual assurance of confidentiality.
6. Disclaimers
The information on the Site is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Site. The Site may contain links to third-party websites, which are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us. 7. Limitation of Liability

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion without notice. Your continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times.
